The newest member of the Customer Success Team is responsible for a variety of tasks, including onboarding new clients to help them get off to a successful start, collaborating with current clients to help them get more out of our service, and spotting clients who are rapidly expanding and might require extra attention. Additionally, this person will be in charge of assisting with the process and customer content improvements relating to customer onboarding, growth, and general success with us.
