We're expanding! Don't pass up the chance to join our international team as a Customer Success Agent (CSA). In order to succeed, a Global CSA must be able to operate remotely within a global architecture and exhibit a quick-thinking, self-starter mindset. For customer support, the Global CSA may occasionally need to place a call to a client or an embassy. The Global CSA is anticipated to be a subject matter expert in one of our products and a subject matter expert in the area of foreign travel, capable of responding to client inquiries and actively helping clients prepare their travel documentation. If you have no past experience in the international travel industry, don't be concerned. You will receive all the training and information.
