CUSTOMER SUCCCESS HERO | REMOTE

We are seeking a Customer Success Hero to join our team. You'll be the fourth person within the wider 3 person Customer Success team. You'll be onboarding customers to our product and answering customer queries. You will be responsible for establishing the best onboarding experience, responsible from the beginning to the aftercare necessary to deliver top-quality service. This is a hands-on position in a company expecting fast growth in a fast-growing market.
