CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, FULLY REMOTE & WORK FROM HOME

For a fully remote help-desk function supporting a sizable government agency, we are looking for a customer service representative. The ideal applicant will have some experience dealing with customers, be able to manage a lot of phone calls and data input and be able to pass a federal background check in order to obtain a federal security clearance.
