We are seeking an expert customer care representative to join our team. The chosen individual must be meticulous, well-organized, and able to communicate clearly. The main duties are responding to client questions and assistance requests via chat, email, and phone. Over the phone, you will be required to place orders and provide invoices to clients. You will be required to manage client interactions using Aircall, Shopify, and Re:amaze. Creating simple reports based on department performance should also come naturally to you.
