As a part of the Customer Operations Team, you'll play a key role in assisting our clients with setup and making sure they have a positive experience. You'll be contacting suppliers, responding to customer inquiries, and continuously providing the product team with feedback on how the process may be improved. Additionally, you'll assist our Support Team with any additional account administration for consumers.
