As our Senior IQ Implementation Specialist, you’ll help develop and own the entire onboarding journey for new Customers from the time of purchase through the handoff to a CSM. You’ll work hand in hand with our customers to understand their businesses and the problems they’re working to solve inside and out in order to set up an individualized onboarding and training plan to ensure adoption of the product. You’ll use your project management skills to ensure that customers are onboarded and optimized from a technical perspective as well as lead all customer communication, training, and follow-up to ensure that all key stakeholders with each customer actively buy-in and use the tool to its full potential.
