This role does need that you be based inside UTC 0/+8 as you will be servicing the EMEA and APAC areas in order to provide the greatest experience for our new hire (you?!) As we continue to expand quickly, we are searching for Customer Assistance Specialists for the Offboarding Business Unit to assist us in providing excellent customer and team member support. Your job is to inform and assist customers with offboarding so they feel supported and knowledgeable about the regional standards and procedures. As a member of our company's frontline team, you will often deal with our clients.
