We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team. This role will be principally responsible for supporting marketing activities aimed at current customers and partners to drive deeper product engagement and brand fanaticism. This position directly supports sales and marketing goals by increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention. This position requires exceptional creativity, passion, and communication skills to engage and motivate customer/partner advocates.
