Continuing with the execution of a highly customer focused strategy, we have created the role of a Customer Insight Analyst to sit within the Customer Insight Team. This role will be focused on providing actionable insights from analysing the vastness of data generated by the Reach network across its various products but also supplemented by external datasets. Reporting into our Customer Insights Manager this role will be working primarily with our customer marketing, customer value, CRM, editorial and sales teams. You will be the right fit for the role if you are someone who loves turning numbers into compelling stories and have a true passion for understanding customer behaviour.
