CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE, WORK FROM HOME

You will design a remarkable experience for brands and creators who interact with us as a Customer Experience Associate. To ensure that our customers have a positive experience, you will communicate with internal teams from marketing, sales, product/engineering, billing, operations, etc. in this role. Additionally, you will acquire, monitor, and evaluate customer feedback and recommend internal improvements based on the information gleaned for exciting and cutting-edge companies like Reformation, Savage X Fenty, and countless others.
