We are looking for a Manager or Director of Customer Engineering to help lead our work on building our Customer Engineering function. This function is responsible for helping our customers implement the our API and realise value from our product fast. In addition to implementation management, the function is responsible for technical support throughout the customer lifecycle. In this role you will play a critical part in establishing this function within our company. This includes a broad responsibility to install the right processes and systems to meet our customers’ needs and serve them in a scalable way.
