As a CRM Assistant, you are our voice when speaking with our customers across the globe and be a key driver of delivering the CRM strategy. Reporting into the CRM Manager you’ll be responsible for executing and supporting the day-to-day running of CRM campaigns to enhance our marketing calendar via email, push and in-app pop-ups. Overall you’ll be laser-focused on creating engaging content that is relevant to our customers, focusing on utilizing the right channels at the right time and that ultimately deliver a meaningful impact to our customers and the business. You'll sit within the Central CRM Team, but work closely with teams from across the whole business, including our local markets.
