CLIENT SUCCESS, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

You will serve as the link between our active clients and our daily operations team as a client success representative. You will be in charge of planning, multitasking, and managing all requests, inquiries, and expectations from clients. It will be necessary to have excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the capacity to handle conflict and high-stress situations diplomatically. An advantage would be having prior marketing experience. This is a fully-remote Work From Home position.
