CLIENT INTAKE SUPPORT, REMOTE | $20 PER HOUR | WORK FROM HOME

We're seeking a self-starter who appreciates a hectic work environment and wants to be our client's first point of contact. When a potential new client calls us to make an appointment for mental health therapy, you will be the first person to speak to them as a client intake representative. The majority of your time will be spent using the phone and email to efficiently respond to client inquiries and swiftly and precisely schedule the client, when necessary, with the ideal mental health physician. You will work closely with our Client Intake Lead to develop and implement best-in-class customer assistance, and you will report directly to her. You'll experience what it's like to start a business from scratch right away and you’ll be able to drive real impact.
