Client engagement, cancellations, and comments are all directly handled by the Client Experience team across the whole organization. The client engagement and retention will be a key priority for the client experience specialist. This position will be in charge of managing and resolving conflicts and escalations, using the lessons learned to inspire new business initiatives, as well as tasks related to the creation of solid and enduring customer relationships.
