This work is not like standard sales or customer service: Because our service is completely free and our clients are in dire need of our assistance, you will almost never have to deal with an irate client. The discussions are quite fulfilling, and the clients are incredibly appreciative. Over the course of a day, you will have to manage a variety of interactions, steer talks toward sensitive and depressing subjects, and provide kind yet prompt direction.
