You will be essential to the daily running of our clients' restaurants as a Chef de Partie. You will be in charge of making sure that all meals are served to the highest standards by preparing and cooking dishes of the highest caliber. You will plan menus, effectively oversee your section, and help train junior kitchen staff members while working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef. This is an excellent chance to demonstrate your inventiveness, accuracy, and culinary prowess.
