A skilled Chef De Partie is needed by a luxury hotel and restaurant to handle the daily food preparation and other tasks delegated by the Head Chef or Sous Chef in order to maintain the standard and level of quality set by the establishment. You will be in charge of a particular area of the kitchen, producing high-quality food that satisfies the standards of the head chef and making sure that your station is clean and well-stocked. You should be able to maintain composure under pressure if you want to succeed as a Chef de Partie. A strong team player who is prepared to go above and beyond in the quest of good food and superb service will make the ideal candidate. Working knowledge of five-star facilities is necessary. Flights and visa fees will be paid for by the Hotel Group.
