We are looking for a growth-oriented leader to join the Business Development Team as Business Development Manager. The Business Development Team is responsible for identifying and exploring new business opportunities and securing key partner relationships. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial and experienced leader whose core skill sets are in business development and sales. Working as part of a fast-moving global team, candidates will need to be self-starters with the ability to work independently with limited daily direction. As a team leader, the candidate should possess passion, empathy, motivation, and demonstrated success in managing a distributed high-performing team. A strong interest, curiosity, and experience in blockchain and cryptocurrencies are required. Lastly, candidates should be comfortable working up and down organizations and with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally, and be capable of building strong relationships with partners and customers.
