You will oversee a small team of four to five employees and be directly accountable to the Managing Director for the day-to-day operations of our brewery location, guaranteeing outstanding customer experiences. This management position is not desk-based. You will spend about 80% of your time on the floor helping patrons and employees, setting an example, and making sure the venue functions properly.
