In compliance with company policies, you will ensure that all requests are handled politely, promptly, and efficiently. You will also make sure that follow-up is consistent and happens right away. All guests will receive a superior level of service from you both in person and over the phone. Give guests information, options, and resolutions to problems when circumstances demand it.
