To ensure the health, adoption, education, and general success of Tier 3 clients, you will use automations to send trigger-based emails. You will intervene on pertinent client tickets, give product demonstrations, address any queries or problems, and troubleshoot on live Zoom sessions by occupying the space between the Sales and Support teams. This person should have quick decision-making skills and do well in a position that requires them to pitch items and ideas to teams of varied sizes. This is a full-time, 100% remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere.
