As an Associate, it will be your responsibility to build partnerships by connecting our clients with the right industry specialists. Your skills in identifying, locating, and screening pertinent industry experts—including C-Level executives at Fortune 500 companies—will be refined over your first training period. You will eventually be able to directly manage your own book of business, which is made up of significant investment funds in credit and public equity. You'll be on the phone a lot, both with your clients to discuss what they need from an expert and with industry experts to identify the best fit.
