You have high expectations for the members of your team, which include: putting the customer experience at the center of all discussions, setting SMART goals for performance improvement, and providing feedback that satisfies our standards. You are not hesitant to declare "This is not good, and here's why." You have no problem delving into customer problems on your own, and you have the ability to become an authority on the product to provide your agents with outstanding guidance. This is a fully remote position. We operate 24/7 and follow a rotating roster. The expectation is that the individuals should be able to overlap with EST/PST time zones
