As an Application Specialist, in this role you will be expected to administer applications , configure applications, automate provisioning processes and apply specialist knowledge to select applications to further support the business. You will work directly with the business users and the rest of the Digital Workplace to ensure that the user base have access to the right systems and that these systems meet the end user needs whilst also ensuring you remain the advocate for best practice use of the systems. The role will also work closely with the vendors of the systems to ensure that services are being provided up to standard and that we are working in the most effective way.
