As the direct manager of the three departments—Finance, People, and Business Operations—you will be in charge of all operational tasks. This position calls for someone who can create scalable processes, nurture high-potential team members, and convert strategic vision into operational excellence. One of the most influential groups in AI safety is offering an opportunity to influence its operational foundation. In order to make sure that our operations support our mission-critical work, you will be collaborating closely with department heads and our two co-founders, Adam (CEO) and Karl (current COO, approaching the president position).
