The Partnership Development Interns work together along with the entire Affiliate team under the leadership of a Senior Partnership Development Manager. As the Partnership Development Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our partnership development team and account management teams by assisting with promotional opportunities through media and influencer partners. This is an exciting opportunity to build connections with industry-leading influencers and partners like Rakuten, Buzzfeed, Conde Nast, and more while growing e-commerce traffic and sales for some of the world’s most well-known brands.

DMi Partners’ Affiliate team is a creative and collaborative group that builds and strengthens clients’ innovative marketing strategies. The Affiliate team is the largest team within DMi. However, utilize a pod structure that ensures you’ll receive mentorship for the job and industry-specific needs and teammates that cultivate a solid channel of information exchange.


Learn: You will go through an in-depth training process and develop a deep understanding of affiliate marketing.

Recruit: By recruiting new affiliate partnerships and consistently managing relationships, you will maximize profit for our clients. Utilizing your understanding of DMi’s value proposition, processes, clients, and partnerships, you will effectively communicate and position DMi as a premium affiliate partner.

Represent: You will act as a resource for affiliate initiatives and ensure internal teams have what they need to sell and support clients properly. Maintaining established accountability standards will be essential. You will also be responsible for creating sales achievement materials to keep clients up to date on their progress.
