To enable more efficient and expressive communication for our clients' workforce, our Customer Success team collaborates with a wide range of customers. Our Customer Success Managers are responsible for ensuring acceptance, continued revenue generation, and book-of-business growth. Through value-based interactions with clients throughout their journey, we do this. We're searching for driven and perceptive customer advocates who are motivated to forge deep bonds with our clients and advance the principles of what it means to practice customer success. who Utilizing data to identify areas of risk and opportunity, our CSMs work with customers one-on-one or by developing and executing 1:many playbooks to affect specific customer groups. They also take proactive measures to assure client retention, growth, and pleasure.
