As an integral part of the CSE team, you're supposed to be all about customer service and technology, in addition to learning and moving quickly to stay up with the changes. Your mission is to help our customers by solving end-to-end difficulties, whether it's a friendly orientation or the most difficult technical issue that requires extra effort and coordination to resolve. We do not expect candidates to be experts in all of these fields. We are delighted to help you in filling the gaps. As a member of a totally remote and dispersed team, you are tasked with carrying out tasks autonomously while also being extremely collaborative and self-driven.
