As the Fleet Restaurant Brand Chef, you will be responsible for creating the menus and recipes for all of the restaurants that are opened throughout the fleet and implementing menus and brand standards on ships, while also reporting to the Culinary Director. A capable executive sous chef or senior chef in charge of several outlets would be ideal for this position. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidate.
Associate Degree or bachelor's degree in Hotel management OR Culinary Art or a related field from an accredited university or equivalent
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as anon a large cruise ship or multi-venue, high volume, luxury hotel or resort is mandatory
Advanced knowledge of Classical European & International Cuisine, including cooking philosophies & principles
Must have strong and effective leadership skills, with the ability to lead a culturally diverse and dynamic working environment
Rotation: Flexible 4 or 6 month contracts available
Starting salary $6000 tax-free monthly
