We are seeking a highly diligent Executive Assistant to our CFO & COO. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to our CFO & COO and manage all business activities focusing on our Finance and Operations functions. You will ensure a seamless working experience for our C-level executive and his Leadership teams and continuously strive for high impact. Partner closely with our CFO & COO and his Leadership team, on various business projects and topics by coordinating and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Play a key role in enabling our CFO & COO in his day-to-day tasks, focusing on time efficiency and high impact.
Be responsible for professionalising the support function around our CFO & COO, together with his Senior Executive Assistant.
Be responsible for rolling out the strategy developed by our CFO & COO for the Finance and Operations functions, primarily focusing on the execution of the Finance roadmap to reach our functional objectives and key results.
Support the organisation of internal and external meetings, including the preparation of each meeting (briefing notes, content and decks creation) and follow-ups after each meeting (ensure efficient action post meetings).
Assist on various projects and ad hoc tasks (project management), depending on business needs.
Co-manage our CFO & COO complex calendar and adapt according to business priorities.
Work closely with other support functions at N26 (executive and administrative assistants for other c-levels) in positive partnership to support each other smoothly.
Ideally one to three year of relevant work experience (consulting firm), preferably in a fast paced environment. Young graduates from top-tier universities/ business schools are also considered.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a strong desire in (building) structure. Strong analytical skills needed.
Willingness to find ways to improve processes and challenge the status quo to keep Operational Excellence for our Executive.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
Capacity to move at a fast pace with constant high quality outputs, reacting with appropriate urgency and solutions to complex situations.
Fluency in English, and preferably written and speaking proficiency in German language.
Previous experience with supporting Senior Managers or Leaders would be a plus.
