Responsibilities

• Manage access, update, and optimize the WordPress-based aitimejournal.com site, plugins

• Verify the correct functioning of new WordPress plugins before they are deployed in production

• Discover, monitor, and help prevent website errors to increase site reliability

• Set up and maintain test and staging environments of the website

• Help facilitate WordPress training sessions for team members

• Coordinate with different teams to serve customers and solve inquiries in the best way

• Document standard operating procedures by creating documents and screencast videos

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of and experience with WordPress

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to empathize with the customers (internal and external)

• Ability to work in teams and in different time zones

• Attention to detail

Bonus

A tech/IT university background is preferred. Coding skills in PHP, SQL, and Python are a bonus.
