The role of the healthcare safety specialist in regulating the standard of our market is crucial. While assisting in ensuring the safety of our customers on the platform, this position is part of our Customer Operations team and reports to the Director of Trust and Safety. This person must be able to expertly strike a balance between reducing safety hazards and providing superior customer service—even and especially when the worst has already occurred.
