As the team leader, you will supervise a group of UX/UI designers as they do research, generate ideas, create wireframes, iterate, and polish user interface designs. You may take part in the design process, but your main duties will be to manage the team, remove risk, and guarantee quality excellence throughout projects. As a result, you should possess excellent UX and UI design skills as well as some leadership experience.
