We are looking for a self-driven remote worker with knowledge of digital product support settings, our Forms, and WordPress. We need someone who can offer our Forms clients succinct, understandable, amiable, and prompt solutions. A wide range of customer inquiries, from basic account and licensing questions to in-depth problem-solving involving multiple WordPress plugins or themes, complicated setups, and protracted customer interactions, must be satisfied for the role.
