VENTURES ASSOCIATE, WORK FROM HOME

Do you possess a deep passion for entrepreneurship? Does the prospect of supporting innovative startups excite you? Have you designed or run a tech startup accelerator program before? Are you comfortable building or maintaining partnerships with forward-thinking corporates? Are you adept at juggling multiple priorities? Would you describe yourself as a highly structured individual with fast learning abilities? Are you a systems thinker and experienced in building systems and processes to support the growth of a function? We are looking to bring on several additional Ventures Associates who will help coordinate one of our three founder pipeline stages: 1) Founder Academy, 2) Early-Stage Incubator, and 3) Growth-Stage Accelerator. In this role, you will be on a small agile team responsible for building, refining and scaling an accelerator program model to support thousands of entrepreneurs over the coming years. We would also like to remind you that this is a remote job, which means that you can work from anywhere in the world. However, we have a preference for a GMT to GMT +4 time zone.
