US Tax Assistant Manager or Manager (Fund Advisory Group) – London, UK - Visa sponsorship available

For a range of European Investment Fund clients with US investors and/or investments in the US, this position entails offering US tax services. In order to support the US Private Client US tax offering, you will collaborate with cross-service teams and maintain strong communication with the management team and their clients as you aid in organizing the client compliance process. Additionally, a significant portion of your work will involve advising on matters such as entity selection, fund structuring, investor tax implications, deal structuring, and transactions.
