The Support Service Specialist supports our clients' business and business-to-business file transfer systems by working closely with clients and other members of our Business-to-Business (B2B) support service team. In order to help clients with problems in their file delivery system that they are unable to fix locally, the support service specialist communicates with them. To ensure that problems are resolved accurately, the role works closely with consultants, other members of the support service team, and client contacts. The ideal candidate can support Microsoft Logic Apps in an Azure environment and is a highly motivated analytical thinker and problem solver with strong soft skills. Employees can work remotely
