We are looking for an experienced, proactive Treasurer who is great at optimising yield, managing risk and building deep relationships with both the wider team and our regulators. Alongside the usual treasury activities of optimising capital, liquidity, market risk, and funding strategies, you will also have the freedom to design the technology strategy for the team and have a major impact in the way we drive things moving forward. This is a very exciting time to join a digital bank with more than 6 million UK customers and a growing US operation. While the pandemic is still here, everyone is welcome to work remotely. When things return to normal, we'd like you to be able to be part of working in a team environment in our London office at least 1 day a week.
