To develop and provide end-to-end training services and support quality operations, you will collaborate closely with external partners worldwide as well as cross-functional stakeholders. Establishing, overseeing, and scaling training and quality initiatives across many work streams will be your responsibility in collaboration with the operations team. You'll be in charge of making sure our "best in class" training programs complement our partners and enhance the caliber of CS interactions and agent performance.
