TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects on the development side. Ensuring that Integrations processes are seamlessly conducted and implemented while following the customer success timeline and working closely with the Head of IT of the respective property, our CTO, Customer Success Manager, and Technical Success Manager. Responsible for implementing improved processes or operational policies. Alongside, he/she will have to recommend changes to the products or services based on customer feedback and with the goal to improve our applications’ UX and UI. We are also looking for a candidate who knows how to build and scale start-ups as well as someone who has wide experience in software development, as our target market is influenced by decision-makers within the hospitality industry.
