FreeDOM Development is starting a new Technical Support Specialist - Training+Internship program.

Are you smart and details oriented? Have you ever tried to start your career in an IT sphere but always stood back because of the lack of experience, or tried to start exploring the field but didn’t know where to start? If yes, then this program is for you!


Within the framework of this program, the participants will have the opportunity to pass a free of charge training program developed by the company to gain technical knowledge about programming, software maintenance together with various hard and soft skills required for the Technical Support Specialist in the IT sphere and be hired after successfully finishing the program. The program is designed both for beginners in the field and for ones who have little background and want to deepen their knowledge.

The program will start with minimal knowledge training for 2-3 months (with a possible reduction in duration in case of good results), after which we will start the paid internship program during which the participant will be included in performing position-related responsibilities such as resolving customer queries, diagnosing and repairing faults, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications to be accepted to training+internship:

  • Fluent English speaking and writing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A ProActive approach to work

  • Attention to details

  • Organizational skills

Training responsibilities and duties:

  • Be involved in full-time training with theoretical and practical lessons

  • Be involved in researching and learning the latest skills and technologies required for the position

Internship and future work responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

  • Diagnose faults and provide relevant solutions

  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance

  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

  • Create users technical guides and articles

  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Training+Internship program details:

  • The training/internship program, as well as the further work, will be fully Remote.

  • We request a minimum commitment of 30-40 weekly hours availability for the training+internship program.

  • Scheduling is flexible and could include a variety of weekdays as well as Saturdays and Sundays.

  • The duration of the program is ~ 3 months


  • Working remotely from anywhere you want, only with a laptop, good internet connection, and motivation

  • Flexible working schedule which could be combined with another job as well

  • After some period of successful performance possibility to review an employee’s career goal and move to another direction.

During the interview, we will pay attention mainly to your algorithmic thinking and your logic.
