TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT, WORK FROM HOME

As a Technical Support (TS) Agent, you will work closely with internal teams, customers, agents, engineers, and developers to diagnose problems, record information, and follow procedures to hasten resolution. You work as a member of a specialized internal Technical Support Core team to surface the real issue (from the customer description), find information that is relevant to the issue, and document it for our developers. You serve as the link between engineering, the customer, and internal teams.
