You will be joining the global Recruitment team to deliver great talent to us as we scale in our Tallinn location. You’ll work closely with our Lead Recruiter (UK) to ensure that we are building a world-class candidate experience, and hiring exceptional people. You will also have the opportunity to help us improve our understanding of the Tallinn tech talent market, and provide input to hiring strategy, and improving our hiring processes and our employer brand. We are offering a flexible working arrangement where you can work remotely, or from our Tallinn office or both! You may be required to cover specific days from our Tallinn office.
