We are interested in seeing applicants coming from all parts of the EMEA region, be it based in Europe, the UK, Africa, or the Middle East. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for oversight and management of the recruitment process for engineers, both our full-time humans and our freelancer pool. Your focus will be on talent sourcing, building pipelines, relationship building with potential candidates, leading the full-cycle interviewing process, introducing, monitoring and reporting on best recruitment practises, tools and strategy.
