TECHNICAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, WORK FROM ANYWHERE

You will be responsible for the 1st and 2nd line team members’ support and escalation issues to the correct person when needed. The Technical Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day 24x7 (in the reality of course not, but work is work😎), operational application management. Our main goal: create as much automation as possible to leave all boring work to machines and only juicy things for a human beings. Now we are looking for a Junior/Middle TechOps Specialist. Our ideal candidate is hungry for innovative solutions to solve complex issues, has excellent communication skills, can work autonomously and take ownership of problems.
