As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of a multitude of product and technical disciplines into the Malaga office HQs. You will be developing and maintaining an effective recruitment process whilst supporting and building relationships with business leaders and colleagues within the People and Talent team. You will be filling all levels of positions at a very high standard (including executive roles), and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and 3rd parties. A wide degree of creativity, recruiting vision, business understanding, project management, and personal organisation is required.
