TALENT ACQUISITION BUSINESS PARTNER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the role will lead on and own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various vacancies across the business. The role will form part of our Talent Acquisition team and will be pivotal in developing our employment brand, talent pipeline as well as taking responsibility for continuing to enhance our direct recruitment model and ensuring we hire the very best talent to strengthen our established people first culture. Beyond recruitment delivery, you will become a valued Business Partner, enhancing our direct recruitment model, sharing external talent market insights and analysis with our hiring managers to improve on our quality & diversity of hires. You will work with the wider Talent Acquisition team to share ideas and innovative new ways of working to drive continuous improvements in the way we hire and attract talent across the business.
