This position is responsible for developing configuration policies, provisioning and maintenance of all endpoints. The position will be responsible for maintaining the health and functioning of the MDM / EMM platform and will be the point person for complex technical issues with relevant stakeholders such as users, operators, Service Desk touch points, and third-party support providers.
